I've been using this Hiearcool USB-C hub with my MacBook for work and daily use, and it does exactly what it promises. All the ports work well (HDMI, USB, SD card, and charging), and it's very convenient for office and travel. At one point, I had an issue under regular use and contacted their support. They were responsive and helpful, and they assisted me quickly with a solution, which I really appreciated. Overall, it's a solid hub for the price, reliable, and backed by good customer service. Works super well. Was able to charge my laptop, connect my keyboard, and my usbs i use to work on. It was able to maintain enough charge to offset the heavy work load of my laptop, while simultaneously having it connected to a monitor. Only thing is that after a year, the port that the charger connects to died, all others work but this port cannot maintain a connection any longer. Read more

Great product! Fits my needs with the number of ports it has, and graphics are of good quality. However, the graphics can lean on the more magenta side, but that doesn't really bother me much. I'm using it as a way to not have to buy a steam deck port and spend more money than I really need to. I've connected a keyboard and a mouse to it and they all work great together!
