This is a big bag . I wanted something I could customize and none of the ita bags were really doing it for me. This bag is honestly perfect for what I wanted. There's tons of room to customize, stab pins (since my Ita bag is actually quite small so I have limited room there) into, and attach tons of keychains to. There's several pockets, two in front, a couple inside the bag, and one on the back. There's plenty of room to store my tablet and still have a lot of space for other things. Very spacious, looks exactly as pictured, no smell, I really the metal that gives the straps a strong built to last hold. The bag is stylish and foldable with plenty of room to store. EDIT:: CHANGED MY RATING FROM 3 STARS TO 5 STARS FOR THIS REASON. The seller reached out to me very quickly after leaving this review. Was very apologetic and quickly fixed the problem by sending us out another one right away. That right there makes all the headache of the first bag being broken better. Giving the seller 10 stars. My daughters other bag broke and she has been eye balling this one for a while. For her birthday I decided to order it. The delivery was very fast and very well packaged but as soon as she opened it the back zipper was completely broken and the zipper pull was broken as well and the metal part of it kept snagging her waist. So we assumed it wasn't damaged in transit. I offered to return it for an exchange but she needs it for school tomorrow. Super bummed. We wanted to love it. Very spacious though. Read more

My granddaughter likes her messenger bag. I like how wide the straps are, because it provides a more comfortable feeling when carrying a bag full of stuffs. But after 2 weeks the inside of the bag tore. It us made of cheap material that is poorly sewn. Read more

The good side about this bag is that it is very spacious, with versatile pockets, and an adjustable strap. The bag worked fine for about 2 weeks or so until a small rip in the interior appeared and I didn't pay much mind to it until the entire bag started unravelling at the seams not only on the inside but the outside as well. The entire inside of the bag became a mangled mess, the zipper broke and ended up having to cut it off entirely and the bottom of the bag is starting to rip open a hole. I've bought this bag twice, once was July of last year, and another yesterday, the first one was good, used it until I couldnt anymore (cat urinated on it and couldnt get the smell out) I washed it before and it held up! even after all my books and stuff on it, ot held up nice. the one I just bought is much better quality than the first time I bought it, different fabric, better zipper, and clasp. the pouch in thr back is much bigger and easier tk get my laptop out of. id definitely buy this again if this one breaks. although its not the comfiest bag, it's still better than alot of bags ive had.
