Everything down to the waterproof is crazy good except for the gear is plastic which ain't a bad thing getting a gear is easy to get. the speed on this truck for kids or adults is smoken plus i like the wheelie on it oh forgot one detail it does some crazy dounts on a rc car that I have never seen before and I love how the clips on it is on the body so you don't half to pick up each one to attach it back on the frame I love how it handles plus you can whip it around to go back to Goin forward. truly amazing rc truck can't ask for a better one for the right price and you guys did a remarkable job to put this on the market for a great pick I was blown out of my mind on how it handled. Very disappointed. I purchased this RC truck and another one similar but a different brand. This one has had problems from the start. The wiring for the lights was broken right out of the box ( not a huge deal) I charged it up and took it out for a test drive with my son. About an hour into driving it one of the rear cv axles broke. Then another hour later the front one broke. Then about a week later the gear box right off the drive motor stripped the gears out. Very low quality for what you pay for it. There seems to be no spare parts for this either. I Do NOT recommend this one. Read more
This little rc car is cool. it has good speed for its size, and is fun to drive. The transmitter allow me to drive up to max speed, and i can adjust the max speed limit for when a beginner wants to drive. It has good quality parts and is pretty tough. Read more
The media could not be loaded. First of, the manufacturer warning states that this truck is not a toy and should only be handled by someone 14 years and older. This is a complete kit that comes in a sturdy box with a handle. Inside the box are two rechargeable batteries and the USB charger is included. The truck comes fully assembled along with a very ergonomic controller. The controller needs three AA batteries. The pairing instructions are to turn on the controller first and then the pairing button on the receiver inside the truck. This means that the chassis shell of the truck has to be removed for turning on and turning off the receiver. Luckily this is easy and convenient using the snaps on the truck that are attached using rubber chords which means I will not lose them. The batteries charged quickly and swamping them in and out of the truck is easy. This RC truck looks great and I especially like the LEDs. There is a light bar at the top and in the two headlights. There are different lighting modes that is controlled by a button on the controller. I like that I can swap and upgrade different parts of the truck which will add to the excitement of the hobby. Just open the box charge the batteries for about an hour, and you are ready to go after you pop some in the controller and the truck. I got the green one for my 11yr old son who loves it. I took two stars away as searching KAIMIO I was not able to easily find replacement or upgrade or spare parts and tires. I am fairly confident I could find bits to "fix" it with more searching and this being an 1:18th scale truck. Just would be nice to have found spare bits easily as you know parts are going to break with an 11yr old driving it. Read more

All parts and schematics of this RC truck is like that of a hobby grade RC truck like the wheel hex adapters, drive shaft, steering servo etc....Though I find this RC is of a good quality, there are few details that I want to mention I found not true like in the product listing it shows that the shocks is all metal but what I got are made from plastic besides the spring of course & I can safely say 40kmh speed they claim is not true but don't get me wrong this is a fast RC truck for its size but not 40kph. I also have to mention that this is a heavy RC toy for its size, so treat this truck with respect cause it can definitely hurt a child if get hit when running full throttle. But even tho this is quite heavy, the truck is surprisingly durable, I jump this on my DIY rc ramp all the time but still in one piece as I write this review. Hope they make an upgraded version soon and use alloy instead of metal material to significantly cut the weight. Great RC toy, recommended product. Read more
KAIMIO 1:18 Scale RC Monster Truck 40km/h Speed 4X4 All Terrain Off-Road RC Truck This truck is actually built a lot better than I expected for the price. I'm impressed. It has some of the same features as the much more expensive RC dune buggy that I had years ago, and while it isn't quite as durable or as fast as that one, it is still quite impressive, especially when you consider the price. I doubt that it will hit the advertised 40 km/h that they list in the ad, but it still moves along at a good pace, and is a great RC car for that "in-between" kid in your life. I give it a thumbs-up. Wow, this is very sturdy - except the top is a bit flimsly and rips easy with the hood pulls will slice right through. My 10 year old got this for her birthday and this thing just goes and goes - then it goes some more.
