This toothpaste lives up to it's promise - whiter teeth and fresh breath and more. At my 6 month dental cleaning this past week the hygienist said I have No plaque at all and that my teeth were very clean. I will continue using this healthy, toothpaste. The taste is perfectly fine. My favorite toothpaste. This is a repurchase every single time. This toothpastes keeps my teeth clean all day long because of the xylitol. Taste is great, foams great, smells great.
