One of its key selling points is the app that connects via Bluetooth, offering a range of body composition data like BMI, body fat percentage, and muscle mass. But here’s where things get a little tricky for me: is this data really trustworthy? I’m no expert, but I find it hard to believe that simply standing barefoot on the scale can provide such detailed information, just from my feet touching the electrodes, along with my age, height, and weight. It feels a bit like a leap of faith—kind of like those fitness gadgets that promise more than they can actually deliver. For all I know, the app might be calculating these numbers based on averages or other generic factors rather than true measurements. That said, it’s still fun to use, and it has genuinely helped me develop the habit of tracking my weight every morning. Even if some of the more complex data might be more for show, the basic functionality works well, and it’s a good way to stay mindful of my health and diet. I love that this scale is rechargeable. It has an app and keeps a record of everything. The downside to this scale is it's not consistent. I stepped on the scale four times and got three different weights. This was back to back and it varied by several pounds. You don't know what is accurate and I will need to order another scale.
