Arrived timely and very well packaged. These are very lightweight; these are not solid but feel like lightweight hollow metal. The finish is nice, love the matte black. The towel rod bar is very short! This was a surprise; good for hand towel but too small for bath towel. Mounting was fairly easy. Read more

Terrible anchor screws that defeat the purpose of installing these. The anchor screws that are included with these bathroom hardware pieces are so thin and flimsy that when you go to put them in your wall and you screw in the hardware, the hardware will spin around in circles if it only has one anchor because it's not actually holding into the drywall. What's worse is the customer service! I contacted them and told them that these anchor screws are not effective and that they cannot be used to properly hold these because people are always pulling at them. The response I got? I was told by their own customer service that these anchor screws are not to be used with drywall because drywall is not a commonly used material and bathrooms? And that these anchor screws are used for regular walls! I asked them what a regular walls and they told me brick or stone! I have no idea who's answering the emails and their customer service but they clearly have no clue what they're doing! These hardware pieces require a whole different set of anchor screws that you will have to pay for extra. Not to mention you'll waste your time installing these with the parts that are supplied from the company. I've tried to talk with them and see if they can make some kind of resolution but they just left me hanging so they have definitely earned this one star review for their poor quality anchor screws which render their beautiful hardware useless, and their customer service who clearly doesn't know what they're doing.
