This is the most comfortable, versatile, beautiful office chair I have ever come across at this price point. The arms swing out and go upright, effectively making into a stool and there are so many adjustment points, it's like a Swiss army knife. The mesh feels like velvet, not a hard nylon, the metal foot rest is stunning, it has more chrome than a 1957 Chevy. The headrest is the best, it pushes way out, and tilts, it even looks boss. It has tight, solid fittings and handles and foot rests that look durable and blend with the design. The wheels are light years better than my old, it is silent, spins around perfectly balanced. With the ability to adjust the angle and height of the seat, backrest, armrests, lumbar support and the headrest, you will find a comfortable position to carry on which that you do splendidly. The media could not be loaded. The chair arrived in a large box and everything inside was well protected. It is on the heavier side, but putting it together was still easy. The printed instructions are clear, and the QR code leads to a useful video, so assembling it on my own didn’t take long. Once set up, the chair feels sturdy and stable. I added the leg rest as an extra accessory, and even though it’s an add-on, it makes the chair noticeably more comfortable. The pink color looks great in my home, and I’m hoping it stays clean over time. I’m still adjusting the settings to find the most comfortable position, but it already gives solid support for my lower back, which was the main reason I bought it. I have tried other chairs that offer more flexibility in certain areas, but this one still provides reliable comfort and good value overall. Read more

This chair is awesome! It was super easy to assemble, very comfortable, and feels great quality for the price. I’m really happy with how it looks and functions overall. The only downside is the confusion about the footrest. The product photos made it seem like it was included, but it turns out it’s an optional add-on. I did notice one photo mentioned that, but it wasn’t very clear — I didn’t realize “optional add-on” meant it wasn’t included. Still, it’s a fantastic chair if you don’t mind buying the footrest separately. I just wish the listing explained that part a little more clearly! Read more

I have been on the hunt for a decent desk chair for some time as I spend ALOT of time at my desk. I was considering many chairs like the Secret Labs Titan Evo but one thing that drew me to this chair was the green color, the adjustable arm rests and the fact that it folds down to save space (I was also interested in the foot rest too but skeptical because I know they tend to be very flimsy). Initially I saw this chair was on sale and purchased it without a second thought because it was much more budget friendly and I trust the process of buying through Amazon. I was so excited I kind of skipped over the heavy research of looking through all the reviews, reddit, and blog posts as it is still a pretty decent chunk of money and I wanted to make sure I made the right decision. I saw a few negative reviews about the 'aggressive lumber support' and general discomfort from the chair. It was just delivered today and I don't think I have ever more happy with my decision. The quality of the chair is really nice, it's HEAVY which sucked for assembly but definitely is nice to know the chair is sturdy. The lumbar support does not feel aggressive at all and feels so incredibly comfortable on my back! I was even very impressed with the foot rest! In fact, I think the foot rest will be used every time I sit down lol. The chair is absolutely 10/10 and I'm already recommending it to everyone I know. The only drawback I have is that the chair sits a little high up and I'm unable to wheel all the way under my desk (I have a keyboard shelf so that will be coming off). But I would get a new desk if I had to accommodate the chair! Read more

There are a lot of things to like about this chair. However, there are also a lot of things that are just not QUITE right... which sucks. For perspective I am 5'10" and 290lbs. First, the seat height. I have it completely bottomed out and it is still just a LITTLE too high. For someone shorter than me, it seems like the seat would be really high. Second, the tension on the seat recline. I realize I am close to the weight limit of 330lbs, but I have other chairs that adjust this tension just fine. With this chair with the highest resistance the chair just goes back with very little resistance. Third, the lumbar support. I have it all the way down and again it is just not QUITE in the right spot, just a little high which actually is worse than no lumbar support! Fourth, and what I would consider as a real deal breaker, the bottom of the gas strut that sits in the base of the chair is literally AT MOST 1/4" off the ground when not sitting in it. My chair is on carpet, not super deep or anything, but when I sit down the bottom of the strut drags on the carpet! I was wondering what the drag was from, and just happened to notice this issue. I guess on hard floors it might not be an issue, but it would really suck if it were to gouge into a wood floor! Fifth, the seat is fairly narrow. And since the edges are raised considerably when I'm sitting in it my legs end up about halfway off either side and rest on the raised edges which is pretty uncomfortable. Sixth, the recline settings are just off a bit either way. The forward one is too forward and the next recline setting is just too far back. Forget about the most forward one, completely unusable. Again this wouldn't really be a big issue if the resistance on the chair recline had a better range, but since it doesn't, it's pretty annoying. Honestly these are all things I would expect to have a much better range of adjustment on a chair this pricey... I'm still on the fence about sending it back. If it cost $150 I would probably keep it. For $800 I kind of expect it to be just right. After writing this review, I left the house in my 2002 PT Cruiser, and when I sat down I was like, oh yeah now that's comfortable. When a 2002 PT Cruiser is more comfortable than this $800 chair, you know something is not quite right! Read more
