It is the most amazing addition to my home gym. This belt is so attractive with the paisley and so steardy! I was afraid the weights wouldn’t fit securely and might not fit my frame causing the wrights to hang too low. The belt is so easy to use and definitely is a game changer! I have a 29 inch waist and fully cinched, the weights hang just at my bun level. Easily lets me do the hip thrust and fully release to sitting in comfort. Definitely worth every penny! Id say I would purchase again, but its made so well I wont have to. Read more
This belt is sturdy and easy to use. Holds the weights securely and I can work out without worrying about the weights slipping or rolling out of place. The length of the Velcro can be adjusted to fit different sizes as well. Great product! Read more
The belt is perfect for glute hip thrusts using 2 dumbells. Before, I could only use 1 while it was held in place on my stomach which was uncomfortable. Now I get maximum results in a more comfortable way. Read more
I bought it thinking it would be good as a barbell replacement but is not the case you can’t really use heavy weights, it is really uncomfortable, I would recommend no more than 30 pounds per side which is incredibly low for the exercises I need (hip thrust) squads. Seems really sturdy and secure tho. Read more

I recently bought the Hip Thrust Belt for Dumbbells, and it’s been a game-changer for my workouts! The belt is super comfortable, with thick padding that supports my hips during heavy thrusts, making the movement feel safer and more stable. It’s really easy to adjust and fits snugly, so I can focus on my form without worrying about discomfort or slipping. I love that it helps me push through my exercises with more weight, giving me better results. It’s a solid, durable piece of gear that has definitely enhanced my glute workouts. Highly recommend for anyone looking to take their hip thrusts to the next level! Read more
I found this while looking for an alternative to a bench and barbell for hip thrusts. The product photos made it look like a convenient option - just place dumbbells on either side of the belt across your waist and start thrusting. In practice, it’s a bit more involved. The belt doesn’t open like a traditional lifting belt. The plastic clip isn’t there to fasten the belt on and off; it just provides extra slack for accommodating larger weights. To load it, you have to unhook the clip, peel back the long strip of Velcro, place the dumbbell, and then reseal the Velcro. You don’t actually need to close the clip to use it. When setting up, both dumbbells need to start on one side. You insert them into the belt, sit down in position, then pick one dumbbell up and move it to the other side. With light dumbbells, this isn’t a big deal - but with light dumbbells, you might just as well place a single dumbbell across your waist without the belt. With heavier weights, the setup becomes awkward. For example, moving a 60-pound dumbbell across your body into position feels more like doing a Russian twist than a setup. At that point, I’d prefer using a barbell with plates. I bought this because I find heavy barbells across my waist uncomfortable, even with a foam pad (mine tends to slip or spin). The belt does make hip thrusts more comfortable and keeps weights from rolling, but it’s not a perfect substitute. I tried kettlebells as well (as they show in their photos) - while they fit, they were too large to leave the floor during the exercise. In my opinion, this is best suited for someone who has a limited dumbbell set and wants to make hip thrusts more comfortable without a barbell. It’s not a full replacement for barbell work, and it’s not something I’d call a must-have for a complete home gym. But if your goal is to make light-to-moderate dumbbell hip thrusts easier on your hips, this tool does deliver on that. Read more
Got this because I love doing hip thrust but hate setting it up with a bar. So much easier and especially convenient if you like in an apartment with a gym with only dumbbells. Read more
