5 stars for Roku customer service. Initial software SNAFU causing the guide menu to drop over the air waves channels (local). Not a normal glitch but they kept at it till they found the problem. I bought this TV because it's a Roku TV and it's cheap. The picture isn't stellar, nor is the sound, but it's wall mountable and the Roku apps work and this is all I need for occasional guests in a spare bedroom. For the money, it's perfect for my needs. Read more

Shockingly powerful. I turned on an action movie, and the walls shook. My cat left the room. My neighbor probably thinks I bought a subwoofer. Nope — just the Hisense doing its thing. Works very well. Easy to setup up. Only problem was shipping. Amazon shipped USPS. Tracking said it could not be delivered and was returned to post office. We went to the Post Office who said that since our vacation home did not have a mailbox then no package delivery. It was on the pile marked ‘return to sender’. Never had this problem with Walmart.
