I contacted the seller who responded promptly and offered a partial refund as they don't have replacements. Now I have a full set with 11 dinner knives and $2. I'm happy with the resolution as I still have the option to return the set. Honestly, I don't like enough people to have 12 guests at my house all at once so 11 knives is fine with me. I have had these for over two years at the time of this writing. The forks, spoons, and butter knives are great. They look good still, feel nice, and I have no complaints for them... However, the steak knives... Their hands rust. The metal between the the scales rust. I just wash them and let them dry in my dish rack, like I do with all my cutlery.
