I think these bulbs are very attractive. I really like the antique look. Putting them in a multiple light fixture, the 40-watt brightness is perfect; and the fact that they are dimmable is great. I have them in a few light fixtures, and since they are LED and therefore only consume 4 watts of power each, I don't mind leaving a 5-bulb light fixture on. At 4 watts per bulb (20 watts for a 5-bulb light fixture), I can leave the light on for 50 hours before it uses 1 kilowatt hour of power (12 cents where I am). I can't speak for longevity, but I have used them in several light fixtures for about 6 months now with no failures. I'm hoping to get years of use from them. Read more
