We liked the dual microwave/oven function and bought it as part of a kitchen remodel. It worked for a month and died. We have had 3 service calls to have it fixed and it is still not working. Bosch will not replace what is obviously a faulty unit. We are awaiting the 4th service call. The unit has been non-functional for over a month. A countertop microwave and toaster oven would do the same job for 1/10th the price. Read more

Had one convection speed oven installed July 2018, arced and blew a quarter size hole in door window. Took until Nov 2018 to get Bosch to replace it. Jan 15, 2020 this time replacement oven blew silver dollar size hole through not only inside but outside glass as well!!! Bosch not responding. Read more

We loved our Bosch speed oven. We used it almost every day -- either the microwave or the convection oven or both -- for a year and then it shorted out four weeks after the warranty ran out. We have an appointment for it to be repaired but the visit is expensive ($129 plus $40 for every 15 minutes plus parts). Read more
