I've had it for less than a week so take that into consideration. It fit my 24' Toyota Rav4 perfectly and better than my previous hammock seat cover. My 82lb German Shepherd is much more comfortable than in a hammock back seat cover. It seems well made. Very easy to instal and remove. Zippers seem sturdy and reliable. It's been easier to clean than a seat cover that is quilted. This one is flat without crevices that catch sand, dirt and fur. It's summer now so we'll see if that changes during rainy or snowy days. My puppy has had motion sickness and anxiety while riding since I got her at 8 weeks old making every car ride a nightmare for her and I. She would drool, shake, vomit and whine. I purchased a soft bottom hammock with open end to help with her feeling stable and it did help some. However, she still vomited and cleanup was still difficult as it was not always contained within the hammock area. My vet recommended a solid bottom hammock so I ordered this based on the previous positive reviews. The product itself is very easy to install. the only adjustments needed being the length of the straps that go around the headrest. It fits perfectly in the back of my Mazda3 hatchback giving my now 5 month old large breed puppy plenty of room to lie down and stretch out. The only thing to note is the Velcro used to close the seat belt attachment is VERY strong. I would recommend opening them and attaching the seat belt harness strap prior to fully attaching the headrest straps. The product looks nice as well and the quality is better than I expected. Since switching to this hammock, my puppy has successfully managed every car ride, from a quick run to town to a 20 minute ride to training without vomiting and drooling. She still has some anxiety but it appears to have lessened greatly. I have to note that she still vomits when she rides in my truck that does not have a hammock. The total win for me with this item was that my puppy actually laid down and slept on a 20 minute drive home recently! Read more
I loved the first so much I bought a second for our other full sized GMC pickup truck. We have 3 large dogs, 60-80 lbs and it’s still holding up very well! They widen the seating area of rear seat and offer so much more space for groceries and more even dogs aren’t with me! If you have rear passengers the shelf has 3 sections so you just fold it over to accommodate each! Good price for an excellent product! Does the trick. easy to install even though bulky. I bought a fuzzy topper for it although it has some cushion to it. Will be easy to clean. hopefully will cut down on dog hair on the carpet. The price was ok I suppose because I shopped and compared a lot before I purchased. Read more
I have a 2006 Toyota Camry, and this fits perfectly. It's great for the dogs, it created more room for our lab & to small dogs for when we went to the dog park. Also keeps the smaller dogs from trying to crawl up into the front seat. I also leave it in my car 24/7 because it's easier to put stuff back there when I need to, and keeps dog hair off the seats and is easy to vacuum and/or wipe off. Best dog holder yet! Have tried 3 others which ripped after a few months or got so full of hair it was awful. This one is Very easy to setup, to clean, very sturdy to keep dogs in place, and does not hold dog hair like most do and I have a Lab and Golden retriever so it is a good testimony for this dog holder.
