I recently purchased this item from Amazon, and while it's mostly functional, there are a few issues worth noting. The assembly was straightforward, and the overall design is sleek and modern, fitting well with my home decor. The materials used seem durable, and it looks like it will hold up well over time. However, I encountered a problem with the drawer. It doesn't quite fit right, which is frustrating because it detracts from the overall usability of the product. It seems like it was slightly misaligned during manufacturing, and no matter how much I adjust it, it doesn't close smoothly. I had high hopes but for the price I had to be somewhat reasonable. The wood/finish/cutting area isn't of high quality... Its cheap wood and it shows but it is functional. The size is nice and leaving it on the counter doesn't take up a ridiculous amount of space. Major drawback is that there is nothing to grab onto to pull the drawers out and with the drawers being a bit tight you have to lift up the entire setup to grab the bottom of the draw to pull out. A simple lip on the drawer handle would completely eliminate the problem. Clearly this was not tested prior to manufacturing. It is such a simple flaw but really annoying and shouldn't have happened. Solution for me... I drilled a small hold in each handle.. and put a small leather lace through it. The drawers won't go all the way in as a result but the drawers are useless without an easy way to use them. 3 stars is very fair. Read more

I am very happy with the look and function of the bamboo charging box. It is the perfect fit for organizing and hiding the chargers and cables on a table behind our couch. Like other reviewers, I found the drawer very tight fitting. I was able to hand sand the top of the drawer all around for a smoother fit and operation. But this should be taken care of in the factory. That is why I deducted one star. Read more
