Enter the new HomeCraft Nostalgia Electric Roaster Oven….. drum roll please….. I’ve successfully baked dinner rolls, muffins, AND a turkey breast!! Everything is cooked at the exact recipe temperature for the exact time, AND THE FOOD IS PERFECT! I simply place whatever baking container I need on the grate inside and set a timer. Yeah, it has a simple design without a built in timer. I don’t care, because it cooks reliably. After 4 years with an untrustworthy oven, I’m deliriously happy. The Roaster sets on top of my microwave, and I move it to the kitchen table when I’m using it so it’s easy to get inside. The Roaster is light enough I can easily move it.
