GREAT DESIGN BRINGS FUNCTIONALITY WITHOUT SACRIFICING APPEARANCE
I selected these specific glasses because they are a "healthy" alternative to a lot of plastic options. I have been really concerned for decades about all the plastic used in food packaging and preparation. I have primarily used glass glasses to avoid the possible unhealthy leaching that may occur in certain categories. These plastic glasses were made for people like me. I have a tile floor in my kitchen. I have some neuropathic issues and that means I can't feel when I am holding something whether I have a good grasp or not. So, I have managed to break a lot of drinking glasses, ceramic dishware and glass cookware. As I age, cleaning up such messes are a challenge. Additionally, I like that these are bigger than a lot of the options. So, that also influenced my choice. I like this easy option, no more broken glass and I still have a pretty glass for company or when I want to sip some Southern Sweet tea while relaxing. Read more

The glasses are the perfect size for myself. However, 2 of the 6 would not sit level. The rim on the bottom of the glass was shorter than the molding dot in the middle (of the bottom of the glass).it made them wobbly. I do like them, so I’m not returning. I used a lighter and a razor knife to shave the dot down. Took 20 - 30 minutes. Now all 6 sit firmly on the table. Read more
