I was a bit skeptical at first as most products like these tend to leak, but I was happily surprised with my gift purchase. The recipient uses it daily and absolutely loves it! This product is amazing. I’ve been using honey for years and have tried multiple dispensers. This is the only one I have found that dispenses, easily, beautifully and with no drip, mess, or sticky honey trail! I bought 4 so far for myself and family and will be gifting them repeatedly in the future. Read more
Pump away and no honey. Our honey sits in ambient air temperature of 71 degrees. Regardless of how many times we pump, we get no honey. Submitted for a return and refund. We received a RMA almost immediately and was informed we'd receive return postage within 5 days. Never received it. After contacting the seller on day 6 their solution was to warm the honey "before each use" to 140-158 degrees. I told them I wanted a refund because I refuse to do that each time. They then requested that I send a video to them, which meant unboxing, re-filling, cleaning, re-boxing and waiting even longer for a possible return. Absolutely the worst customer service ever through Amazon. Luckily Amazon stepped in and provided a full refund themselves. I DO NOT RECOMMEND tis item. Read more
Seemed of good quality but it was tiny. If you’re a house that goes through honey you’d be refilling constantly. Kind of expensive for how tiny it is and how often you’d be refilling it. It also looked like it might leak and have a sticky mess. I didn’t get that far though Read more
