This is my all-time favorite cereal to have on hand all the time if I’m not feeling good or my stomach is hurting or I’m having an awful day with my food allergies this is the cereal that I go to. I have multiple anaphylactic food, allergies, plus celiac disease and this cereal brand does not cause any discomfort or bloating. If anything it helps keep me regular and helps ease any discomfort I may have.
