Great addition to my office

Wanda H.β€”February 1, 2026βœ“ Verified purchase

Great fan for my office. It doesnt take up much space but it moves alot of air. The "white noise" setting is perfect!! I'd buy it again. Read more

Almost Perfect

C. Perkoβ€”May 25, 2025βœ“ Verified purchase

I've had one of these at work for about eighteen months, and I absolutely love it there. Moves just enough air to keep me comfortable without blowing papers off my desk. I finally saw it on sale back in March and bought one for my bedside as I'm tired of cooling a seven room house with the AC just to be able to sleep in the one room I'm in. As a nighttime fan, I'm not quite as impressed as the baffle fins can't be adjusted, and it blows mostly straight out and slightly upwards, which I never noticed as my desk surface is well below my core, so the air goes right where it needs to. With my nightstand being above my head when I'm lying down, most of the stream blows uselessly above me. Not really the fan's fault, so I'm not knocking off a star, but I definitely noticed the difference quickly, and have to run it a setting higher which means slightly more noise. The other issue is the LEDs. Whoever designed a bedside fan (it has a "sleep" setting and shutoff timer, so I know they had that in mind) with intensely bright blue LEDs should be slapped. It was keeping me awake if I faced it. Thankfully, I'm handy with a screwdriver (a torx security bit set is needed, but cheaply acquired if you don't already have one like I did) and it wasn't difficult to disassemble enough to extract the board for a little modification. To start, I covered the LEDs with a thick layer of orange sharpie to cut down on the blue spectrum, but eventually, I'll probably desolder them all and replace with amber LEDs instead as the light indicators are now almost too dim to see in anything but complete darkness (not unexpected). Not sure how well that will work as the control panel also has blue-colored plastic windows, so I've no idea how much amber light will get through. Might try just one to start to see what happens first. I really wish this thing had amber LEDs to begin with to save a whole lot of trouble. If you decide to modify one for yourself, it would be a decent beginner project as it runs on low-voltage DC (its powered by a 12V 1A wall adapter) and everything is modular as far as the electrical parts. Just lay down a paper towel or something as they greased the crap out of the oscillation mechanism with an overly ample amount of petroleum jelly and if you're not somewhat careful, it might get messy. Everything that needs to be disassembled to get to the board is above that, so its not a major issue unless you drop a screw right into a grease blob like I did. Overall, it's worth the price. I bought the first for about twenty five bucks, and just picked up another for my home office because its on sale for twenty. Four and a half stars (for the LEDs), rounded up to five. Read more

Good product

Customerβ€”February 7, 2026βœ“ Verified purchase

A nice little fan that works great. I’ve always slept with a fan on and this works well for that. 4/5 stars because this advertises that the light dims but it in fact does not dim after 15 seconds Read more

A Compact Cool Breeze

Ms. Andersonβ€”November 9, 2025βœ“ Verified purchase

The Honeywell Table Fan is lightweight and easy to use. You don't have that heavy chilling breeze of an air conditioner. You can place it up to three feet away from you and still feel the gentle breeze. It ran so smoothly and quietly that there wasn't any problem falling asleep. I left it on for almost twenty four hours, no signs of overheating. A thought just occurred to me, since it's an oscillating fan, I should be able to cool down baked goods right? You know, like when you try hard not to burn your mouth on a chocolate chip cookie that you just took out of the oven not wanting to wait for it to cool down. Maybe it can be used on them when the weather is too bad to open a window? There's nothing on the box that says you can't try this right? Hmmm...I have to really think about this one. Necessity being the mother of invention and all... Well, everything I purchase on Amazon is about the price, so this was affordable for me, but it's still kind of cute though! Read more

Honeywell QuietSet Personal Table Fan is perfect on my desk

Jeannieβ€”September 21, 2025βœ“ Verified purchase

This is a great little fan. It has four settings, sleep, white noise, refresh and power cool. It can oscillate, it has a remote control, has a timer, and it is portable enough to be moved without a problem. It is just right when you need a little breeze to cool off, but not so loud as to be distracting. I would purchase again. Read more

Good but Wasted potential

Lycopeβ€”August 27, 2022βœ“ Verified purchase

Pros: Quiet, Easy clean, Repairable for some Cons: Small volume of air compared to rivals, Wasted space Unlike the squirrel cage fan this replaced, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0027G1FPY/ this axial fan is has a much smaller column of air. The Lasko is actually comprised of two radial fans that can have the airflow of each directed separately. This Honeywell fan uses a single 80mm axial type fan that you would find in most desktop computer cases. One of the up sides to this type of fan is there are plenty of off the shelf products that were specifically designed for quiet operation, and it would also make it easy to fix/upgrade for most handy people. This fan is quieter by a large margin, but it's not moving as much air either. The big problem with this fan is the absolute waste of space in the design. You could easily fit two 80mm fans in the existing case and would have an absolute powerhouse of a desktop fan. Instead, they opted to put the single fan smack in the middle of the column with nothing but wasted plastic that make it much taller than it needs to be. You could chop off the top third of this fan and have the exact same experience. The do have a cupped recess at the top that acts as a handle, but the fan weights nothing at all and it's thin enough to just grip the column without any issue. They could have been clever with a single fan design and make the fan adjustable up and down the column so you could really fine tune where the air is directed. Or even mounted it to a rotating axle so you could angle the air up and down. But this fan really yearns to have two fans. I do consider this an upgrade, but very disappointed about what it could be. Time will tell if it is durable, but I predict this simple design should last a good while. Read more

Honeywell HTF210B QuietSet Personal Table Fan

TimmboBagginsβ€”February 23, 2026βœ“ Verified purchase

This review is for the Honeywell HTF210B QuietSet Personal Table Fan. I purchased this fan to sit on my nightstand while sleeping. The unit was put into use February 22,2026. This unit is very lightweight so I wonder how long the motor will last. The fan is quiet at all speeds, it seemed to provide adequate airflow to cool me while sleeping, it has an oscillating feature with an adjustable timer. Read more
