This scooter CRANKS. It's very jarring if you come from weaker scooter brands but going 30mph on this? Feels like you're almost literally flying. It travels hills extremely fast, and can even cook gas vehicles up a hill until they reach their speed. It's a pretty wide and heavy design, don't expect to lift this very easily if you don't go to the gym. The headlight is pretty bright, it's not the best but it definitely does better than my previous scooters. The turbo mode is a really cool feature and you can feel when the second motor kicks in. HoneyWhale's customer support is pretty good. It may take a few days to get a response and go back and forth, but when I had trouble with my throttle, needed new brake pads, and a new light cover, they were happy to send replacements. The repair parts are very inexpensive and the shipping from Mexico is more than the cost of the parts. I'm physically disabled and unable to drive a vehicle, ride a bike, use a wheelchair, or walk long distances, so this scooter gets me everywhere I need to go around town. I've put over 1,000 miles on it and am just now needing to replace the brakes. While this model is no longer available, I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend the H4 to anyone who is looking for a serious scooter to use. I commute between 5 and 15 miles daily. The ride is smooth, and the turn signals are a great safety feature. I get comments, questions, and compliments everywhere I go. I've had 3 other scooters, one of which had a critical part failure, one was not as powerful as advertised, and the third was the 'upgraded' model of the first, which failed to perform as advertised or even at the level of the first model. Definitely a nice scooter. The dual motor can haul my heavy (230lbs) butt up hill without loosing much speed. Turbo mode is fun but eats batteries. It comes mostly assembled and is easy to assemble with the included tools. It looks good and rides good. There is a problem with the speed controller that I will be contacting the manufacturer about. It is either full speed on or off. There is no in between. That is the only complaint I have about this scooter. This scooter is not for amateurs or first time riders. It is very fast. It is an amazing scooter. It has hidden settings that can limit speed limit, or add cruise control. I was once limmited to speed limit, but then I unlocked that speed limit. Now I can go at around 35 mph. It's useful since sometimes I cross to Mexico to the dentist, and come back fast enough. It's fun to use. No one expects a scooter to go this fast :D. Love it. I put it together (very simple) . Charged it up and took it out a couple times... I had gift card for Amazon,so I researched every scooter in my price range. This make / model has the most power , watts, amp hours, all that for the money.. I think it was a steal! Really happy with it. Gets a heavy guy up a big hill no problem lol! Read more

The media could not be loaded. Love the scooter, it’s definitely not a casual commuter as it weighs a hefty 80 lbs or so. With that said, the build quality is great and it feels like a solid scooter. Pretty much all metal, with only plastic handlebar mechanics i.e. throttle, display housing, and blinker buttons. Mine came with finger and handprints on the stem that are unfortunately under the clear coat of the paint job. So I can’t get them off and have emailed back and forth with a responsive honeywhale rep. So far they have been great. Pros- -Power - this thing is a beast. Dual engines and has a turbo button for added boost. Just remember to turn that off or it will drain the battery quick. Also be careful accelerating or it will jerk you. -Battery life- I can go almost a full two days without having to charge and it doesn’t loose any power when on the last mile. -Build - all metal/aluminum body, no wobbles, no creaks or sounds when stepping on to it like plastic scooters have. Feels like quality and will last a while. -Lighting - love the fact it has blinkers in the front and back. When the scooter is going below 8 miles per hr, they do flash until you stop or go faster. Like hazard lights. -Color - love the green, def stands out in a subtle way -Touch display* it’s nice and bright at night. I do wish it was brighter during the day. Or had adjustable dimming and brightening. -Wide handlebars - they are nice and wide, and sturdy. Makes it easier to maneuver and feels safe. -The battery and controllers are easy to access, under the decking, pull up the rubber mat, unscrew about 10 screws and Bam 💥 your in. Cons- - Parts - I cannot seem to find spare or replacement parts anywhere in the U.S. so that’s something to consider. I have discovered that these are the exact same parts and builds as the Kukirin or Kugo scooters so you can order from there If needed. -Weight - this isn’t one that you can easily take onto a train, or bus, or fold up in the corner. It’s massive and is a chore to lift everyday when I put it in my truck. -No secure way to fold and carry, when you fold the stem down the only way to secure it is with a silly lanyard style wrap that is attached below the handlebars. You have to wrap it around the back tail light. It has already slipped off about 9 times and it makes it very unsafe. -There is no Bluetooth connection to the scooter, no app. So you can’t manage the battery, the motor, any statistics, can’t lock the scooter. This also means NO UPDATES. EVER. Even the basic of basic scooters have Bluetooth capabilities. -The touch screen is cool but It doesn’t give you as much control or features as having an app connection. And at the price point - it should have BLE -Headlight - these aren’t bad but they point too far down and the housing can’t be adjusted. -Charging - when they scooter is plugged in, there is nothing to tell you that it is charging or how much charge it has, other than the light on the cord itself. Either RED or GREEN. Would be nice if the display at least shows that while plugged in. Read more
This scooter does not disappoint and I have high standards. I took it off-road on some trails, no problem. Over tough terrain, no problem. Up steep hills, no problem. (I'm just under 6' tall and just under 200lbs). It's fast enough to keep up with the flow of traffic through town and rugged enough to take the short cut through the woods. My ONLY wish is that it had the battery and motor of the H4 but going 40+MPH on a scooter doesn't actually sound very safe. This one tops out at 31-33 and that's fast enough for me. Read more
