This is probably my 5th purchase of these type of leggings from a few brands (that all largely look the same). I love the style and being warm in the winter. Of all the brands I've tried, this has been the best. First, their sizing is better. Other brands i would order PLUS XL (at 136 lbs, 29 waist) and theyd be tight. Here a large is OK, maybe medium would be better for a fitted leg size. Second, and most importantly, they fixed the stupid U shaped "buff" seam and odd WIDE spacing between the legs. So they are far less uncomfortable around the waist, thighs and butt. I would have to wear the U style backwards to get them to stay in place and not droop down as much. I have thin legs so the thighs fit pretty well, id like them to be a bit narrower, especially at the ankles. So these are comfy and warm but prefer to wear them with boots or leg warmers for a polished look. The other brands had varying levels of thickness. Those ultra thick ones were WARM even for the middle of winter. These seem they are the thinnest fleece option, compared to the brands that sell the tiered 200g/300g thickness options. Most would probably find the others too hot to wear indoors. But I liked the "middle" thickness of those brands because I am always cold. These have held up OK, I have worn a half dozen times now. I just wash them inside out and keep toenails short just like any other stocking. As the feet are just stocking material (no fleece). TLDR: Best of the brands i have tried, largely because they fixed the butt seam and absurdly small sizing. These are ultra high waisted (like to your bra band high). They are thinner than other brands with the U Butts. These are pretty good but not perfect, only because a more fitted leg and ankle would look more polished. Edit: I purchased the fake translucent black in MEDIUM and it is the SAME exact size and shape as the Fake Translucent Black I bought in LARGE 3 months ago. Perfect leggings that look like stockings the color wa perfect. Sizing was a little snug but helped things stay in place. They were lined with a soft fleece that kept you warm. I wore them for Christmas with a skirt and had no issues feeling warm. Read more

Love the thickness, super easy to put on! I purchase tights one size larger than normal and I'm glad I did. I hate feeling like a "stuffed sausage" (thought you'd enjoy that visual haha), but there really is nothing worse. These were true to size, very comfortable and thick! Coloring made it look like I was wearing a pair of nylons, when in reality I was loving the warmth! (Outdoor, formal evening wedding in Maine in October! Brrrr...) These fleece-lined tights are perfect for fall and winter. I was honestly surprised by how warm they are without feeling bulky. Really great leggings/tights. I was concerned about the color not being similar enough to my own skin tone but even if it's not a perfect match, the black tights on top mitigate that a bit so it's not noticeable. They are warm enough that I wasn't freezing in 30 degree weather but I wouldn't suggest them for anything colder as they do let a breeze in a bit. For that reason I took off a star. They are very tight the first time I put them on that I looked a bit like a busted can of biscuits but after wearing them around for a few hours, they stretched to a more comfortable fit. Read more
