The media could not be loaded. Issues 1. Coal holder doesn’t have a cap which creates very low smoke, we had to cover it with foil paper to get decent smoke, my friend has the exact same set with 2 hose which comes with coal cap 2. Because shisha paste holder is silicone to placing coal holder in the right place is a tough job. 3. Sisha paste leaks & goes down to water compartment 4.
