This is my second buy of this particular Hookah. It looks like there is a “new and improved” model that misses the mark on improved because the top cannot be completely removed. Any avid smoker knows with all the fresh fruit, liquid flavor oil and spice options available to add into the water basin, your hookah can get pretty dirty. This is the EASIEST hookah to clean that I’ve ever owned! The clear basin lets you see any buildup that needs a little extra scrubbing and the large opening on the top allows the manliest of men’s hand to fit inside for cleaning! Love this version I hope they don’t completely replace it with the newer version! The built in handle makes for safe, easy carrying room to room. Quality of materials and accessories are tops! By far one of the greatest hookahs I’ve smoked, I paired it with kitosuns heat device manager and Phunnel bowl, and holy the flavor is so enhanced and rich just makes you want to smoke for hours. They have amazing customer service as well, the replies are quick. I will advertise this product to any hookah smoker for free. If I could rate this product unlimited stars I would. The build quality is one to see very sturdy and well made. The design is beautiful and compact, carrying case makes it so you can bring it anywhere you go. Love the magnetic features on it as well. Update: Kitosun contacted me and said they are aware that these hose plugs rust. They used a non-rust-resistant metal in the hose plugs so they would still be magnetic. That seems to be a huge design flaw. Kitsosun offered to send me a pair of new, upgraded hose plugs made from a rust-resistant metal that would still be magnetic. I said OK. They said they would ship in 2-3 days from China and get to me in 3-5 weeks. They gave me a fake tracking number and everything. I waited. And waited. And waited. 6 weeks later, I contacted them for an update and they tell me they never shipped the new plugs because the new plugs don't exist. They aren't ready. They are a scam! Kitosun is knowingly selling a defective product and will make fake claims to fix the issue, when they have no solution. Don't trust this company! __________________ I wanted to like this hookah set, but the hose plugs rust. I've exchanged the whole unit already and the second set of hose plugs has also begun to rust. I own a few different hookahs and take good care of them. I wash them after every use and use a drying rack to dry all the parts. I've never had any hookahs rust on me until this one. The first Kitosun cube unit started rusting in the hose ports almost right away. I exchanged the unit and the second unit is beginning to rust in the hose ports too. This is especially disappointing since this unit is supposed to be the one with upgraded stainless steel components that are rust-proof. But no, they rust. And they rust fast. If it wasn't for that rusting issue, this would be a nice set. Read more

I recently bought the CubePlus hookah, and I love it!! It is exactly what I was looking for in an easy to set up and use hookah. The Fit and Finish of this product is far greater than I was expecting. The clean lines. The excellent fit of each piece. Because it has a square base and a low profile, it is very stable when you are smoking with it. I cannot say enough go things about the Kitosun CubePlus Hookah. It is an excellent value for the money! Highly recommended!! So, if you are new to Shisha and Hookahs, or if you already own a setup. I recommend you pick up one of these for yourself.
