I am leaving this as a reference for sizing. I've tried quite a few waist cinchers and have learned what size to get for my body. First, to comment on the quality - I think this is pretty great quality, especially for the price point. It is long, so it fits my body from just under the chest down to below the navel (lower belly). A lot of cheaper cinchers run short and don't cover all the way down where problem areas usually are (most people no matter what size you are, will have a defined waistline). I will say the extra velcro'd cinch is positioned ONLY at the natural waistline and I would much prefer that extra cinch to be located lower toward the low belly coverage. Overall, the quality is quite good and considering the cost this cincher is a really good deal. As for size reference - I am athletically built, but I am also in my 40's and slimming my mid section has become increasingly difficult! I am 5'6" and 150lbs (38-29-40). I've always been pretty heavy for my size and most people don't believe I weigh that much because I am not "big". 50-lbs of muscle weight shows differently that 50-lbs of fat, on the body. I wear about a size 7 dress & pant and I'm a solid Medium (in most clothing items). Having said that - I ordered a size small, and this was based on my previous experience getting cinchers that were medium - I quickly realized mediums were way to big after a short time, for the function and my frame. The cinchers come in 3 levels of hook/loop before you zip. Right now I am hooking at the largest setting (although I'm pretty sure I can hook to the smallest) before zipping. I don't have any issue zipping up. If you're body is similar to mine, get a small. Medium will be too big after a short while. UPDATE - 4 MONTHS LATER - As suspected, I could link to the smallest setting! I almost immediately began linking at the smallest setting and without the velcro strap, this would be too large. I really need an XS now, but unfortunately the smallest size is SMALL. I am still wearing it and cinching using the velcro. This trainer has held up well, my only complaint is this needs smaller sizing options for people who aren't very big but still need cinching benefit. Read more

True to measurements- looks great under my clothes. Great material, hooks and zipper! Mine was a little too big, however, I’m getting another one! Read more

The media could not be loaded. I’m 5”1 147 lbs . I got a L my waist is 33-34 . A friend recommended this and so far I love it! It doesn’t roll it’s comfy and I can wear it all day . It’s light not tick . Dose not show . One thing is they do run small so if you want little extra space go up one size . I like it fit 🫣😀 Read more

When I FIRST got this, the quality was amazing! For some reason, I lost it and couldn’t find it anywhere. So, months later (don’t judge me I stopped going to the gym lol) I remembered that it actually helped me a lot and decided to re-order it again (in black this time around) same size SMALL. I didn’t gain weight, therefore I decided to go with the same size. When I got it this morning, I tried it on and OMG I felt like I was trying to cram inside a tuna can! The quality was cheap, felt like an XS and the zipper wasn’t latching to its hook. Definitely downgraded to cheaper material. I’m very disappointed. Read more

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Fit & Support — Just Be Sure to Measure First! I made the mistake of ordering a size Large based on what I usually wear, not the size guide. Big mistake — it didn’t come close to fitting. The fasteners were way off, sitting on either side of my waist. I returned it, measured myself properly, and the chart said I needed a 3X. That felt like it might be too big, so I ordered a 2X instead. The 2X fits snug but comfortable on the loosest setting. For reference, I’m 5’9”, 200 lbs, and wear a size 14/15 in pants. I haven’t worn it for a workout yet, but just wearing it around the house I can feel the support, especially in my posture. I’m planning to use it during workouts to target my lower belly area after having two kids. Hoping with consistent use, plus diet and exercise, I’ll see the results I’m looking for. Lesson learned: measure yourself and follow the size guide Read more

This year I started my weight-loss journey and it has been going great. As I see my mid section just hanging there, I decided to incorporate a waist trainer into my workouts. I didn't expect this to work for me to begin with because I have medium size apron belly. I was right. After a few broken nails and several hand cramps later, I laid my fat ass down and tried closing it the way us big girls zip up tight jeans. I was finally able to do the clips, but the zipper was a no go. I rolled over and fought like a beached whale to a standing position. I still couldn't get that zipper. Although I knew after the first nail that I was definitely going to return it, I still wanted to try it out. I figured maybe it was something I could shrink into. Well big mistake! I couldn't get it off, even after falling back down on the bed and trying that way. I was starting to panic and thought to myself," is this how I am going to die? " Then I thought, " why do we do this to ourselves?" I finally took one deep breath and was able to undo one clasp and then the rest. So my review is that it has very little stretch and even if it does fit, I feel it would be too stiff to actually be able to use it while working out, or while sitting, or even breathing. All youll be able to do is stand straight. Read more

It’s works well for me, it gave me back support which I was surprised, it’s a waist trainer so there’s some rolling & bulk but again for me I only wore it around the house. If you are planning to go to the gym or do some kind of exercise, then you might feel differently but again you decide it’s best for you. Read more
