Frankly.. I got this thing for the size. It's twice the amount in one jug compared to the brand I had been using and price was reasonable. It looks the same, quality seems high, tastes the same meh chalky thing.. I'm used to it. Just take it mixed in a little water. Doesn't bother my stomach but that's not something I usually have to worry about. Maybe take with a bit if food, banana, etc. Ingredients look solid and same as the stuff I had been using. Great product It's tasteless and it doesn't have that super bitter taste like other creatine brands. 1 dose is 3/4th of a tablespoon, and you could just pour it directly into your mouth and take a sip of water, and it will instantly dissolve. I would order again 10 out of 10 Read more
