Just the thing!

I usually take 500 mg magnesium oxide when I need to get the bowels moving again. My local store stopped carrying those so I found these 250 mg caplets. I love the small size of the coated caplet, so much easier to swallow. And more economical than the 500 mg I used to get. Bad lid design

I like this magnesium a lot. My only complaint is the lid. My 1st bottle is bought the lid broke off within a week. I got my second bottle delivered today with the lid broken off. I won't return it because I like it and the price is right but I have to worry about spilling them on the floor and I dont want my dog to get a hold of one. If I had little children I would be even more worried. I have to transfer them to a different bottle just to make sure my dog doesn't take one off of the floor. If it were for the lid I would give it 5 stars. Read more
