It's amazing. Game changer. Life will never be the same, and that's a good thing. Twist hair off, pull face up, fill, push face down, reattach hair!
Works great once you figure out how to use it!. I actually sent the first one of these back because when the hair popped off the head, I could never get it back on. Nowhere do the instructions tell you that the hair doesn’t go back on until you’ve pushed the face all the way back down onto the body. Then it fits. I knocked off a star because of the crappy instructions that go with the product information online instead of having an actual set of instructions or at least a QR code when it arrived Read more

Need help
There were no instructions with the product. I used 1/2 water and 1/2 vinegar. Put in for 1 minute then 3 minutes and it cleaned nothing. Help! Read more
Miracle worker for my microwave!
Having a teenage boy allows for some crazy messes in my microwave. This steam cleaner is fantastic! Use as directed and I simply wipe over with paper towels. Boom. Done. Highly recommend! Read more
Afraid to try it again, and I followed the instructions.
Try this several times and after a minute both times the head blew off. I do better just placing a bowl with some soap and water or vinegar and water. Returning before someone gets hurt. Read more
