Love love love these knives! They are super high quality and amazing value for the price. We have used them non stop for the holidays and been a game changer in! They Are amazing and, VERY SHARP, love the Compactness and Dark Look with the Knife Block. I'm soo Thrilled that checked out so many SET on here, and Came Across these, and Believe me you Have, MANY to Choose from, soo I Lucked out finding these. The knives are great quality and very sharp and stay sharp. I haven't seen any rust spots although I clean and dry them as soon as they're used. The handle is very nice and comfortable and is catered toward the pinch technique which I really like. For the price they're great. The block is very soft wood and cracked shortly after on one of the knife holders but is still functional. Overall I really like this knife set. Also great pair of shears. They're not good for thin stuff but they're great for cutting thicker pieces of meat and they're very strong. Read more
