The knives are great quality and very sharp and stay sharp. I haven't seen any rust spots although I clean and dry them as soon as they're used. The handle is very nice and comfortable and is catered toward the pinch technique which I really like. For the price they're great. The block is very soft wood and cracked shortly after on one of the knife holders but is still functional. Overall I really like this knife set. Also great pair of shears. They're not good for thin stuff but they're great for cutting thicker pieces of meat and they're very strong. Read more
