I have a push lawnmower & a lumpy yard. I rolled my ankle 3 times in 1year just walking on it. So to help me out currently my boyfriend is cutting my grass. As you can imagine 90° heat with humidity makes just walking out the door feel gross. Which is why I got this. Now when he is half way through mowing the yard, I'll take it out of the freezer & walk it out to him so he can place it around his neck & shoulders to cool off. Then I clean it up & stick it back in the freezer. He's helping me out & doing me a favor & suffering through the heat & humidity. I wanted to be able to offer him more than a glass of ice water to stay cool & THIS AMAZING LITTLE GEM, really does cool him down. I've never used it for hot flashes but I can imagine seeing how much it helps him it would work wonders for hot flashes. Honestly I can think of so many uses for it. I'm glad I stumbled upon it. He loves it & I love the joy of being able to offer him something to cool down with. Great product. Read more

It really is a hot flash pillow!! I didn't think it would really help, but it actually helped me get to sleep when I seem to have most of my hot flashes and that is such an awesome thing for someone who can't sleep at night!!! PROS: Nice cool, soft comfortable, fits around neck nicely when in bed on your pillow. CONS: I just wish it would stay cold longer!!! So it works nice, but you might have to buy a 2nd one and rotate if you have problems through the night with hot flashes. I recommend it! Read more

This is a good icepack for hot flashes (NOT for injuries). It is malleable so it folds around your chest, neck, or wherever you want to put it. It doesn't stay cold very long once you've got it on your skin, especially during a hot flash, but it does last 15 or so minutes before being useless. I'd like if it was able to last longer, hence dinging this one star. Otherwise, this is a winner. I've used one for years without issues and have gifted them to my other menopausal friends. Read more

My wife LOVES this thing! That's saying something, as much as she hates hot flashes! I even use it to cool down after yard work sometimes - if it gets sweaty, simply wash the outer cover. I got a second one so one is always 🥶 Read more

My husband suffers from hot flashes due to radiation treatments for his cancer. He really loves this product and uses it several times a day. I'm so glad I found it for him. Great quality, soft on his skin and very convenient and comfortable. Read more

The concept of the hot flash pillow is a good idea, and I really wanted it to work. It is cold if used when taken out of the freezer; however, it was not what I would consider comfortable to use while sleeping. And, I didn't want to have to get up in the middle of the night to go retrieve it from the freezer. You can't really just leave it beside the bed to grab out of convenience because it does not stay cold all night. Read more

Useless. It is just some material with some beans, rice or similar product in it, as far as I can tell. It does not retain any cold. It says to put in freezer for 4 hours. I had mine in the freezer for 24+ and it stayed cool, not cold for maybe ten minutes. Very disappointed. It maybe a better heating pad-? Read more
