Bought this glue gun to make wax seals for my daughter's wedding invitations. The dual temperature was PERFECT as the wax needs a lower temp. The stand kept the glue gun in a safe position so that it didn't burn the table, and the on/off button was easily accessible (on the handle) so it was easy to turn off when we needed a second to re-organize. The gun is lightweight and the "trigger" gave us no trouble whatsoever which made the wax seal making a BREEZE! I attached a photo of the wax seals - we were able to make over 100 seals in 10 minutes.
