The media could not be loaded. I purchased this hot tools professional hair dryer in August 2023. It is November 2023 and the dryer no longer works. The off/ high/low switch has jammed or melted inside and I cannot turn the hair dryer on. My husband took a look at it and he said he could possibly take the dryer apart but it really isn’t worth it to me since the dryer is just not that great of a dryer. It never got hot. The air was very warm, but not hot. Anyway, I purchased a completely different dryer to replace it. I am very disappointed in this purchase.
