Great Seller. My first dryer lasted 3 months. The high/low on-off switch broke, and it would not turn on, it would not “click.” Consumer Services Beauty - Helen Of Troy - replaced my Hot Tools dryer for free. They sent me a UPS return label and I received the new replacement about 2 weeks later. Hopefully this new dryers on-off button will keep working, but if not I will update this review (if Amazon allows it). Read more
I purchased this hair dryer for my wife as a Christmas present. The hair dryer stopped working in less than three months. The switch was frozen and wouldn't turn the dryer on. The media could not be loaded. I purchased this hot tools professional hair dryer in August 2023. It is November 2023 and the dryer no longer works. The off/ high/low switch has jammed or melted inside and I cannot turn the hair dryer on. My husband took a look at it and he said he could possibly take the dryer apart but it really isn’t worth it to me since the dryer is just not that great of a dryer. It never got hot. The air was very warm, but not hot. Anyway, I purchased a completely different dryer to replace it. I am very disappointed in this purchase. I have had the dryer only four months and it no longer works. I will probably never buy another hot tools item. Read more

Not as good as the model they used to have. The cool button is way too hard to push, you don't even know if it's working when you push on it you feel like you have to push really hard and it hurts your finger. The turbo boost You really can't do it while you're holding your hair dryer to dry your hair, its not much boost either.
