I use it every day for my personal use and for styling customers, but it has no issues yet. I decided to get this product because of a top 16 list I saw on Vogue.com and YouTube influencer Brad Mondo. With their reviews, I decided to give it a shot since it’s very affordable. The day when I received it, I was hoping it will work out. This product was easy to use for me, better than the clamp style. The only thing is that for some reason I can never hold curls in place the traditional way with styling products! The curls were falling throughout the night so decided to return it so 4 starts because of this. But! For those who knows how to set curls, this will be a really good tool. I guess I have to use those wands that doesn’t require setting sprays or styling products. Read more

After a certain amount of time it turns off and I have to plug it into a different outlet to get it to turn back on. Wth?!? Also the matte coating on the handle is chipping a lot atleast which is honestly a little annoying but I do use it ALOT. Read more
