Another important factor is absorbency and this towel checks that box too. The material of the towel is soft without being slick. I love how easy this yoga towel is to use and care for. It washes well in the washing machine and dries quickly. When I'm not using this yoga towel, it rolls up compactly so that I can easily store it. In person, the hot yoga towel looks just like the seller's photos. I ordered the gray color which looks nice and I know I won't get tired of the simple color. This towel is very nice and super soft to the touch. Practicing yoga on this towel allows me to focus on the moves instead of worrying about my skin sticking to my mat. The towel also has rubber grippers along the bottom side of the towel, to keep the towel from moving and sliding on smooth surfaces which again allowing you to focus on the moves instead of the towel. The towel draws the moisture away from you and absorbs into the towel, so that you can keep practicing without having to worry about a wet mat. It's easy to wash and clean; so far, I've just thrown the towel in the washing mashing and hang dried it in the shade, even though it says it can be dried in the dryer. The only drawback I felt of this towel is for certain yoga sessions, I needed a little extra cushion from the hard floor so I laid the yoga towel over a yoga foam mat. This simple adjustment made the yoga towel even better! Overall, this towel has worked really well and I'd recommend for for all practicing yogi's. Read more

I’ve been using the Puomue Hot Yoga Towel for a few weeks now. I'm not using this for hot yoga, but I am using this because I'm very sweaty. The grip dots on the bottom keep the towel firmly in place on my mat even during yoga sessions where slipping is usually a problem. I don’t do hot yoga, just the regular kind, and I recently added pilates to the mix. But I noticed I needed a little extra grip for some poses. I tried the dotted socks and fingerless gloves, and they helped somewhat, but I wanted a bit more. I didn’t think I was getting that sweaty during my sessions, but maybe I was wrong. Adding this hot yoga towel has helped considerably, and I like that it matches the size of my yoga mat exactly, and the gray coordinates well. Overall, I’m pretty happy with it. However, I was expecting it to be a little thicker. I don’t sweat a ton, so I can’t speak to how absorbent it is; it seems to handle my regular sessions fine, though. It claims it is “supersoft” and “lightweight”, but I don’t agree with either. I think the sticky dots make this considerably heavier than a normal gym towel, and the material isn’t rough, but it definitely isn’t supersoft either. I’d say the price ($15.99 when I ordered) is pretty comparable to other hot yoga towels. It is a very nice yoga towel, but not perfect. Read more
