I bought these extensions to be able to use 1/4" shaft wire wheels with my screw gun. The different sizes are perfect for different applications and the built quality is good, I have used those a lot since I got them and they hold up just fine. They come with 2 Allen wrenches - one for each extension. A 1/4" shaft fits in perfectly and is not out of center enough to make a difference. Great value for the price, good design and they work like a charm with wire wheels and even smaller drill bits. Read more

I ordered these to help with deeper holes. I can but a bit in and connect to 1/4" drive tools rather than purchasing bits with long shafts. I don't need these often so this was an economical solution to the problem. The bits are well made and the set screws make sure the bits stay put during use. Read more

I've read other reviews before buying this. I primarily bought it for one house project so it was the best bang for the buck. I hammer drilled 25 holes in block planters. The set screws popped on halfway through but luckily landed in the pot. I finished the job with no issues after really cranking down the set screws. I'd suggest buying a couple of 1/4 long bolts that match the threads for backup. My hammer is an adjustable chuck so no issues with that. I then switched over to my impact driver with 1/4" quick connection. But the hex shape was about 1/16" too big on all sides. I was able to drive in the concrete screws with a regular adjustable chuck drill but that was not ideal. If you're a tradesman or frequent DIYer, I'd recommend getting a different brand extension. If you're look for an extension for a one and done project to essentially scrap, these will work for you. Update: I was trying to replace the screws that backed out and flew off. Through trial-error, I found out the thread is ANSI #10-32. I got some thumb screws that I cut down to 3/16". Helps to tighten without need the allen wrench if you got clearance for it. Read more

Waste of money. Upon first use using a mason bit to go through brick, this melted and bent. The screws it came with melted to it and my bit is stuck. I used both of the arms. Both broke after 1 use. Read more
