This vibration plate does the job. It comes with a remote control or you can operate it from the board itself. When I first got it, it was relatively quiet but after about a year now of owning it, it has begun to squeak when I stand in a specific foot position. This product is well built, easy to use and has been great for toning my legs. It also has helped me with knee pain. I am near the weight capacity for this machine and it feels sturdy and very high quality. I have never felt that it would break or I wasn't supported. I use it with my standing desk because I sit/work a lot. It invigorates my legs like I've gone for a walk. Keeps my legs from feeling sore at night. Highly recommend. Read more

Received this in the mail today. I could not wait to open and give it a go! As of right now, my daughter and I have used it twice already(2 10 minute preprogrammed sessions). One can certainly feel the vibration from head to toe. So, movement is taking place. Giving a 5 star review as of right now; for it is sturdy, easy to use, does as it states, and, well, my daughter and I love the pink color it comes in. Not to mention the Bluetooth capabilities. Will update if any negative changes occur, within a realistic timeframe(2-3 months), with the daily use of this. If an update has not been made within the next few months, then it is safe to say it is still working as it did when it arrived. Read more

I have a popular brand at home and wanted a more portable one to bring to the office and vacation home; I found this as a lighter option at a reasonable price, comparable to motor rate as the one I have. I use it almost daily for circulation and to shake up my body since I have a stagnant lifestyle - it feels so much better after I stand even 3 minutes on it, it just shakes all the stiffness out of me. But this one is noticeably weaker and often goes “unbalanced” more easily than the one at home. I’ll probably keep it bc it’s still 10lbs lighter and works anyway, but not what I was hoping for.
