Inconsistent stones. Stone on end appeared darker and smaller. Ring not sized accurately. Difficult to deal with manufacturer. Communication was not clear re: return / exchange options and fee for return. Bought on prime so should have been easy. Initially told I'd be paying a high return fee, have to buy another after refund. Why not just exchange? Can't say it was brilliant or especially beautiful. Read more
