I ordered this for my 11 year old daughters birthday, recieved it on her birthday she was so excited cause dad has an adult electric scooter she couldn't wait to ride, right out the box was problem number one, it had the incorrect charger with it, brand new mind you, so I packed it back up to order another thinking it would be right the 2nd time, it took a week and a half to get back get processed and refund it, a week and a half after her birthday, 2 weeks LATER I get the new one, again she's excited, it too has the wrong charger, so amazon orders me the actual charger free of charge, "thanks Amazon" two more days wait, we FINALLY get it charged she rides it maybe a day, before the back brake breaks off, and the day after this happens it just powers off the hottest day it could be, a couple miles from the house, had to pay for a Lyft to get us home, very, very horrible experience from day one, do not waste your money unless you enjoy flushing money down the toilet, hover-1 you dropped the ball completely on this product. I bought it for my daughter and it’s never went dead after riding quite a ways. I ended up picking one up at Walmart for about 200 bucks, but it only lasted seven blocks when this one didn’t lose a single bar. It’s a bad ass little machine, and it even carries my ass around 200 pounds 511 and I get it up to 10 mph within a couple seconds. Of course it is for a little girl the downside is the light stopped working but I don’t really care the machine does what it needs to do and the battery life is really good I would buy it again. Charger doesn’t fit. And a bolt is stripped. I bought this for my grandson to enjoy the rest of his summer vacation with me and he’s unable to use the scooter until I replace the charger. I usually read the reviews, but this time I didn’t. Definitely won’t make this mistake again. Read more

This is a very high-quality product in all respects. It's fast and almost silent. The kids love the lights. The e-brake has taken some time to learn to use, but it works well. Read more

Did not come either correct charger. Was supposed to be brand new???? Had to spend 40.00 on 2 different chargers then the breaks broke and another 25.00 now either the battery is screwed up or the control board but I’m over it. DO NOT PURCHASE and their customer service is non existent. Read more

The scooter came with the wrong charger. The cord is too big and won't go in the hole to charge. After reading all of the other reviews I am not sure how to get the correct charger. Read more

This is almost the cheapest electric scooter that you can get for really good quality also for speed it is a good sport for kids. My kids love this scooter I recommend it so much! Read more
