This is a great faucet! It replaced the pull-hose faucet in my kitchen. The installation was a breeze, the easiest of any faucet I've ever installed. The handle is effortless to operate, and the spray/stream selector at the nozzle is easy to use. The nozzle temperature display seems accurate enough. I absolutely love how the spout of this faucet can get completely out of the way! My old pull-hose kitchen faucet was OK, but the spout always seemed to be in the wrong place. Not a problem with this faucet. Another thing that bothered me about my pull-hose kitchen faucet is that it occupied one of my hands when I needed to point it somewhere than the default angle. I can set the spout on this faucet wherever I need it, then use both hands. Freedom! It certainly works very well, though not all is perfect: 1. While this faucet is described as being suitable for both bathroom and kitchen, the arm is a little short to be perfect with a double kitchen sink, though it is usable. Also, the faucet may be too tall to fit under some bathroom medicine cabinets or mirrors. Be sure to check the faucet dimensions at your sink before purchasing! 2. The water flow is significantly lower than the pull-hose kitchen faucet it replaced. This flow would be fine in a bathroom, but is a bit low for a kitchen. It's still usable, but it takes much longer to fill a pot with water. 3. While the spray mode is fine, the stream mode on this faucet doesn't really aerate the stream. This may not be good enough in California, or in other states with faucet aeration rules. Proper aeration not only saves water, but it greatly decreases splashing, which is important to me. 4. The temperature display is difficult to read in direct sunlight (my sink faces a window). The colored ring can also be difficult to see. Not a problem if the faucet won't be close to a window! Now, all the above issues together aren't all that bad, just annoyances, which is why I only took away one star. If these issues don't matter to you, then this really is a 5-star faucet! I've been wanting an articulated faucet like this for YEARS, but they all were either very expensive or poorly designed. This faucet changed everything. The value of the design alone is absolutely 5-star. Would I buy it again, even with its shortcomings? ABSOLUTELY! Update: Forgot to mention this faucet also works great as a pot and large jug filler, as I can place the nozzle where needed then do other things until the filling is done. Love it! Read more

This faucet is loaded with features. It moves and rotates smoothly and quietly. There isn't an inch of my bathroom sink basin that I can't reach with a spray of water with this super adjustable faucet. The body is made of brass and stainless steel with the spout being ABS plastic. The temperature feature is so cool, and useful. You can keep from scalding yourself with real time water temperature monitoring and changing. You can also switch from stream to spray depending on your needs. The spray feature is such a great feature for rinsing off the sides of your sink basin. I also noticed a marked difference in water pressure coming from this faucet compared to my old one. I am EXTREMELY pleased! Install was a breeze. The only tools needed are a screwdriver, and an adjustable wrench. Everything else is included in the kit to complete the install.
