This cow costume is exactly what you'd expect from the listing, and the photos do a good job of showing the product. I think the only things that I would caution buyers about is that the medium size only fits up to a 42" waist, and that you should probably let the fabric rest for a while before wearing this as a costume--it comes vacuum-sealed, and the fabric can be very wrinkly right out of the box. I would even recommend plugging the fan into a USB port and sealing the leg and waist holes and let it sit inflated for a while to properly stretch the fabric out. That's probably what I'll do, anyway! The fan assembly works well enough, and mine inflated the costume right out of the box in about a minute. It must be kept running to keep the costume inflated. The fan connects to the included AA battery pack with a USB cord, and can run off of USB power sources, as stated. I will probably wear mine with a portable USB power pack instead of using the included battery pack. The costume is comfortable enough. It feels a little like your pants are around your knees when you walk, but you're not buying this to run track, are you? You can amble around a party just fine. The costume feels sturdy enough to wear outdoors for a night or two, but I wouldn't expect it to last more than a season, which is commensurate with its price. I'm satisfied with the value. I think this could be made into a really great costume with a little DIY, too--the little legs are very simplistic and don't immediately come across as the wearer's legs as intended, and I think stuffing each leg into a pair of kids' cowboy boots (or even tennis shoes) would go a long way into "selling" the illusion. Similarly, you might cut up some denim to refurbish the cowboy legs, or find a lightweight cowbell to hang on the front. A fun, appropriately-tiny cowboy hat is mandatory, of course. Wore this to my kid’s school trunk-or-treat and instantly became “the cow parent,” which is apparently now my whole personality. It inflated in under a minute with the little fan, stayed puffed up the whole event, and was light enough that I could shuffle around, bend down for photos, and stop my child from eating random parking lot candy without wiping out. The fabric feels like “will survive a couple Halloweens if you don’t wrestle in gravel,” and the drawstring waist plus elastic ankles did a decent job keeping the air in, though I did have a tiny breeze sneaking out around the top. I’m 5'11", and the large fit fine; it definitely got a lot of laughs from kids and parents, and the only real downside is realizing how hard it is to sneak away from conversations when you’re riding a giant cow. My brother loves this costume. They are dairy farmers and have Holstein cows and this was the perfect costume for them. It was easy to blow up and seems durable. The batteries lasted long enough to easy inflate. Read more
I have to say, of all the funny costumes his gets most of the attention. I do think it is because of the ridiculous cow, going out with kids around many children get excites to see and want to touch the cow. My daughter would rather play with the cow than get free candy. All the parents smile and think this costume is great. Even ones with people riding a horse think the cow riding is better. Quality is mediocre, you can see parts of where it should be white getting dyed by thr black spots so there's dark spots around. The waist string is terrible and barely holds so some air will leak. The fan is nice and powerful and the costume isn't hot it's quite cool inside so it was nice. The battery pack was 4 AA batteries, controlled by a USB, which I tried an external rechargeable battery pack and it worked, but the fan didn't seem to like it. Maybe too many volts running through. Installation was easy, but wished there was an easier way to hold up the battery and be able to turn on or off the fan but you have to do it in your pocket. This is a fantastic costume! It brings a smile to everyone and is super easy to use. Once it's unpacked the first time, make sure to pull the material loose as it tends to stick together, and then it will fill with air. The fan works well and kept the costume inflated for hours with no issue. You need four AA batteries (not included) for the fan, and I used packing tape to attach the fan to the costume so it could exhaust out of the hole. I appreciated that it comes woth a small screwdriver to easly open the battery comparment. For durability, it handled people patting it, a kid lightly punching it, and me sitting down in a chair well, but I would be careful to avoid too much activity or sharp objects. It is lightweight but easy to maneuver in. After you're done wearing it, it's easy to fold up and store away until its next use. Highly recommend this product if you want an easy costume. Read more

This costume is a big hit! Its not mesnt for the plus size body. My husband is about 220 and it fit him well. The costume is is simple to put on, like a pair of pants. You put your legs through the cows back legs. Like a shower cap it hugs your legs but its super comfortable. The hole for your body has a drawstring to tighten it. It comes with a battery pack and the fan. The fan fits in the prebuilt hole and you twists to close it. The battery pack (batteries not included) requires AA batteries and it clips to the back. You turn on the fan and in less than a minute the cow is inflated. It's a crowd favorite, easy to walk in and kid friendly. The quality of the material felt sturdy, didnt rip easily. I recommend.
