There are two ways to fill the water reservoir for the flosser. You can choose to twist off the top and fill the reservoir tank and then put the top back on (this will give you a several days of brushing) - or you can fill it by opening up the little nozzle on the back. This option is good, if you don't have a deep sink base and aren't able to fully put the tank under the faucet. If you do use the second option, you are only going to get one water flossing treatment per brushing. My video shows me using the flosser with having filled the water reservoir using the second filling option (only filling it with the small opening in the back) - allowing only about 1:12 second use.
