My little one is a 4lb preemie and after a quick wash and dry they fit as good as they possibly could! She’s 15” long, so the feet are a wee bit short, but she keeps her legs curled and loves to be swaddled, so it hasn’t been a problem. I roll the sleeve cuffs once and she’s good to go! I bought these when my daughter in law had her baby six weeks early. They were a little large at first because the baby was only 4lbs 7oz, but he grew into them quickly.
