5 stars for the product, 1 star for the shipping however Amazon Fixed it- so 5 stars for fixing the issue. It was delivered and photographed by driver in an opened clear bag where the robe fell out partially and rubbed on the house and ground leaving a mark. After i spoke to front line customer service- they told me I could ship it back for replacement or refund. This was however a gift for Easter and we'd be left with nothing. I suggested they ship a replacement that I can trade out with him and then return and if I don't return charge me again- they wouldn't go for this and insisted I return it. I asked for a supervisor and they said to keep the item and they'd refund me for the issues which they did. Ok, about the robe- this thing is way cute, our Grandson loves it and wears it around but we got so he had something to put on after his daily swim lessons (he's 18 mos). Very warm, cute. Could use a better way to keep the robe closed, though, with young kids the garment tends to wiggle open under the belt or the belt comes untied easily (doesn't have a second ribbon for the inside like some robes do). Read more

I purchased this for my granddaughter all due to her name MaeRose. The quality of the material was so soft, warm and I stayed in excellent condition until she grew out of it. I purchased another one recently just a bigger size for her 1st birthday. We have washed it in the washing machine, but on a delicate cycle with other light colored clothes. I did not place in the dryer. As I let it air dry I didn’t want it to shrink. This item is absolutely worth 10 stars!!! You will not be disappointed.
