Ok, so I can't drop the review stars too low, because tbh I've been buying Hudson Jeans for a while now, and I still keep doing it. I love the fit and color selection. I wish they were still selling the Byron cut in all the colors they used to, but it seems like the Blake is now the replacement. Not a fan of it having the zipper instead of button fly, but I couldn't find the button fly in colors I wanted. When it comes to the look and how the actual pants hold up they're great as far as I'm concerned. but the pockets are sooooooo horrible. Half the reason I end up buying more pairs of these is because the pockets get destroyed so fast. And I try to sew them up myself or whatever, but because it's still the same, easy to rip fabric, it keeps ripping and eventually they're just too messed up to fix. I bought this last pair only a few months ago and I already got my first rip today. This pair has only been worn a few times since I'm still mostly working from home, which also means they've only been in the washer maybe once- and I know how to take good care of my jeans when it comes to washing. I've also never had this happen on any other brand of jeans I owned, ESPECIALLY not so soon after buying. This isn't me abusing the pants- it's just really crappy, easy to rip material on the pockets... If I could find another brand with the colors and fit I like I'd probably jump ship because it's getting way too annoying at this point- but no luck with that so far. Read more
