𝘁𝗹;𝗱𝗿: Quality garment, but absolutely wonky cut. ┈╍┄┈┄╍─╍┄┈┄╍─╍┄┈┄╍─╍┄┈┄╍─╍┄┈┄╍┈ 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: 👖 The cut is disproportionate - tight through the thighs while maintaining an overly-length and straight fit in the calves 📏 To reiterate, the length is excessive, clearly designed for taller individuals (I’d say maybe 5'10"+ could wear this with an appropriate look), despite ordering them in a size S. ✂️ It seems like Hudson tried to use split hems to allow for some allowance in height difference, but it’s *so* long, in fact, that the hem starts below my ankles, rendering them useless. 🧵 While the material quality and construction are solid, the overall fit issues overshadow the garment's potential. These are very original and look great! The material is fairly thick and doesn't seam to wrinkle much. I'm 6'3 / 200lb and ordered a large and the fit is perfect with a little give, but not too baggy. The split cuff is interesting and looks great with boots. Great for a dinner out, party, or club. I got these Hudson men's drawstring pants for my hubby. We had missed that it was a split cut at the ankles, which is not a style hubby typically wears. My hubby typically wears a XXL and these XXL fit true to size except for the length. Hubby is 6' and these pants are too long for him by 2-3". I didn't think I would like these pants but they are very flattering, accentuating his bum and minimizing his "dad bod." I am not sure why these pants are priced as high as they are but they are nice enough quality that we'll get them hemmed. Read more
