Pros: Soft enough for any dog to play with. Strong/durable enough for light to medium chewers. Squeaker to entice playing. Nice weight and bounce. Cons: Not strong/durable enough for heavy chewers. Squeaker able to be punctured or pushed out with a single bite. Makes a small mess when they pop. I really like these for my puppers and they really LOVE them too. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is because my chewer goes through one in a week or two, and the squeaker dying easy. Otherwise; this is an amazing toy that I still buy again, and again. If your dog is gentle, this lasts a very long time. My dog can play fetch outside with one ruff tech piggy ball for a year and it still squeaks and bounces. (Must pick up, rinse, and put pig away between uses.) Unfortunately, her brother (70lbs) cannot hold/play/fetch toys without puncturing and destroying the ball/squeaker. He is not gentle and every single time he gets a hold of this, it's punctured, deflated, non-squeaky within 5 minutes. (Even the largest size Ruff Tech Pig) This is for gentle dogs that know how to carry around/fetch balls and stuffed animals without murdering them. This is my dog's all time favorite toy and we love it so much! Read more

This is possibly one of the worst toys I ever bought, the "large size" is pretty damn small, the squeaker isn't even inside the belly of the toy, its in the ears. Like why is it not inside the middle of the toy. Makes no sense. This is not durable at all my dog literally took it apart in like 1 minute, that's how fast it took for him to destroy a "durable toy", they are lying with their advertising, the price is way too high for a measly tiny thing you receive, I bought large, its not large. The handcrafted thing they probably just say so they can charge so much for a tiny thing, I am not happy and I won't ever buy from this toy company again. Buy at your own risk, I think its all a bunch of BS. I could get a "durable" "bouncy" toy from the dollar store that's better than this. Read more

Great toy! Our dog usually destroys toys within 15 min, but this is a winner! Very loud squeaker though Read more

We have a 9 year Yellow Labrador who thinks he is still a puppy. His favorite things include treats and squeaky toys. And for the past 9 years, squeaky toys have been wonderful fun for all of us. Then COVID-19 happened and we were working from home. Surely you see where I’m going with this. Raise your hand if you have been part of a zoom meeting where your dog is losing its mind with squeaky toys and you are desperately trying to act like it’s not your dog while attempting to grab said squeaky toy from playful canine. Nothing to see here. Oh, the joy. Of course he ONLY does this while we are on work calls. Enter Hugglehounds. The squeak is enough to pique the dogs interest while not being so loud that your coworkers are wondering who swallowed the squeaker and when the obnoxious noise will stop. It is super durable (Labrador = tough chewer) and he seems to truly enjoy playing with it. It doesn’t bounce quite like a tennis ball, but enough that it’s fun for him to jump for. We have a bunch of the other Hugglehounds toys. The dog loves all of them and they are very well made (though he did chew the arms off the stuffed animals after a couple months of rough play). We will continue purchasing their toys because of that quality and hours of fun for our “puppy”. Read more

I really wanted to give this a better rating. At first it seemed to be a pretty tough toy because my dog tears apart everything. He loves this toy. First he bit off the tip of the ears and pulled stuffing out of them and then chewed right into it on the face but the rest of the main body stayed intact. What I also liked about this toy is that it had hard foam in the body that my dog couldn't really get a hold of to pull out of the toy. I think that if you don't have an aggressive chewer this toy would hold up for awhile. Read more

I have like 5 of these, orinally purchased because my nephew loves the dog ones and will not leave them alone so got him his own. Well long story short him and the dog share. Easy to clean and sanitize. Just the right size that no one can swallow one. Perfect for teething. No stuffing. Yes they do have squeakers in them but its not bad. These are rubber no plastic and not very heavy. Read more

My dog can snap cow femurs with her bite so really she can destroy any toy known to man or dog. However she doesn’t chew that aggressively with most of her toys. Fluff and Tuffs last 4-8 weeks (she’ll get grumpy every once in awhile and that’ll be the end of a toy). I bought 2 of these and neither one lasted more than 20 minutes. She was not annoyed when this happened, it was just her normal play. A lot of toys are advertised for aggressive chewers and many are junk, but I actually believed the hype around these. Two stars overall because they’re cute and would be fine for some dogs that don’t chew much. If your dog can ruin a new ball in one trip to the park, look elsewhere, Fluff n Tuff are reasonably reliable (though some of their toys have little parts that can more easily be pulled off, such as the Flamingo’s legs or the Elephant’s ears, the rest of the toy stays together). I’ve found both the Gator and the Raccoon to be two of their more tough toys. Read more
