Customer service a mixed bag
Ordered two Hugo Wall Hung toilet kits because they looked good. Installation was not easy but not out of reach if you have any knowledge of plumbing. Had them a year now and they work well. Bidet function works well. There are two things I am not crazy about. The first is the small amount of water in the bowl. You will have to clean the bowl regularly because of your buisness still stuck to the bowl after flush. Secondly the force of the flush is too much in my opinion and not really any swirl. The amount of force of the water into the bowl tends to make more mess. Nice to have a good strong flush but it can turn messy when whatever is in the bowl gets splashed up and out and because there is no swirl motion the [dirty] water gets ejected instead of vortexed down the drain. Similar to if you just dumped a whole pail of water into the bowl. Just be prepared to clean regularly. I had some customer service issues and the first issue was solved quickly. The seat section was damaged in shipping and I recieved a new one in short order. Unfortunately the new seat did not sync up with the old remote. There is a page in the manual on how to pair the remote but it did not work no matter how many times tried. Customer service was only able to refer me to those instructions even though I told them repeatedly it didn't work. Been nine months and no resolution. Toilet functions but no remote. There are some features that only are available on the remote (bidet water pressure and temp, fan temp and force to mention a few). Not sure I would buy again but mostly because of the small amount of standing water and that it's an everyday cleanup. Read more
