The royal blue is stunning—bold without being too much—and the material feels luxe and breathable, like that perfect in-between fabric that moves with you but still holds its shape (Crepe? maybe? I'm not an expert on fabrics so don't quote me on that). The notched V-neck is chef’s kiss—somehow professional and flattering at the same time, which feels like a fashion miracle. And can we talk about the pleated skirt? It gives just the right amount of flirty swing without tipping into cottage core-esque. I’ve worn this with pumps for the office (power move), then swapped out the pumps for some strappy stilettos and added earrings for dinner out—and it looked just as good under dim lights as it did under fluorescent ones. I am a size small and even though I am skinny it would fit someone bigger than me because it’s stretchiness. Its material is not thin, so you can’t see through but surely synthetic. It feels warm because it is not breathable but it looks good.
