The low brightness issues after 2 weeks of use

This small 10” ball was always less bright then this 16” cube! Same brends, always worked good. But today after a night on a charger 🔌 this cube is so dark:((( and it is its maximum brightness now. It’s obviously darker then the ball that always was darker than a cube. I’m so disappointed. Less than a month and it already malfunctions. Right in the middle of a very important shooting. And also guys. If you sit on it just once it looses it’s shape forever. Could not imagine a worse night. Idk what to do now, I need it at full brightness on my shooting right now 😭 and I’m sitting and texting this cause there’s nothing more to do… Read more

Seems a little expensive for what it is - a large piece of plastic with a light in it - but it looks and works great. Added a ton of night time charm to by living room. Actually might get a second one. Beautiful colors, charge lasts a long time (and then just plug it in if it runs out), various behavior settings, brightness control, etc. Strong enough for a heavy person to sit on also if need be.
